Lenses
A better lens often improves your photos more than a new camera body. This page compares the lenses we track for Sony E-mount, including Sony's own G and G Master lines and well-regarded third-party options from Tamron and Sigma. You will find affordable primes like the Sony FE 50mm F1.8, versatile everyday zooms such as the Tamron 17-70mm f/2.8, travel superzooms, portrait primes and professional 70-200mm telephoto zooms.
When comparing, start with focal length (how wide or tight the view is), then maximum aperture (how much light it gathers and how blurry the background can get), then weight and stabilization. Remember that a lens designed for APS-C cameras will not cover a full-frame sensor properly, and that APS-C bodies make every lens behave about 1.5 times longer.
